Positive Vibes

There is nothing more exciting than watching the grass turn green and the flowers starting to bloom.  After many months of darkness and cold, you can tell people have more pep in their step once the weather gets warmer.  People are looking to remove some extra Winter weight and buckle down on their Nutrition.  It is always exciting to begin Boot Camps outside again after being stuck inside a lot during the Winter months.  It is exciting to see how motivated people become and their energy increase.  I always  run a few challenges a year with clients and I do this for a couple of reasons.  People tend to get more motivated in groups and it is comforting for people to realize they are not the only person struggling with this whole working out, eating better lifestyle.  As a trainer of many years I have figured out what works best for most of my clients and that is kindness, understanding and support.  People struggle with Nutrition and Fitness...
