Making the time to keep ourselves healthy

I love thinking back to all different phases in my life.  Just like most people, I have had some major up phases & some really low bottom phases....obviously this makes us who we are.  One thing I know is, once working out became one of the top priorities in my life, my days kept getting better and better.  My energy skyrocketed, I felt happier, more confident and of course much stronger both physically and mentally.  It is the same way with nutrition. When I eat healthier I have more energy, feel happier, more confident etc....So why don't we do it all the time?  I think we can all answer that one.  Life gets busy and sometimes there are people or things that become more of a priority.  I totally get it.  Its been hard for me the past couple of months since I went from working very part time since becoming a Mom to now expanding my business again and working full time.  I am back on the other side again...trying to find eve...
