It has been 6 weeks since I had my last fitness Competition. I can't believe I trained for 3 shows in less than 2 years. Most people called me crazy, and now that I am out of prep and look back I would have to agree. Training for these shows are not for everybody. This last show was definitely the hardest prep for me. I was in prep for about 18 weeks and it was not easy at all. I had so many outside things going on that it was definitely more difficult to stay focused. I wanted to quit about 12 out of the 18 weeks. The nutrition was extremely difficult this time for me too. I was low carb for a very long time and by the end I had no energy. I am still glad I did it but I know for sure I will be taking a very long break from competing.
