Balance and the many faces of fitness

In the 10 years I have worked with clients, the biggest struggle always comes down to nutrition.  I totally get that.  Who doesn't love to eat? I have been asked the same question many times...what do you and your husband like to do for fun?  My answer always starts with, "go to a nice restaurant" or in the Summer months "head to the beach".  When we head to the beach one of the most important things is packing a cooler with yummy food.  When we go to dinner, the idea is always to choose an awesome restaurant with awesome food.  My husband and I usually discuss what I will be making for dinner before 10 AM, so yes food is huge in my house.  We often struggle at times.  We love to sit down at night after a long, busy day and unwind with one of our favorite shows and one of our favorite treats.  I don't feel bad about it because I am human.  I do like to live a little and feel that it is totally healthy to live like that.  I...
